Since the launch of the Charities Governance Code in 2018 , Orla at Office & Training Solutions has delivered a series of workshops and one to one mentoring to a range of organisations and trustees in the Community, Voluntary and Charity sector to meet their compliance duties.
This work included the following outcomes:
- Explore the role and legal duties of Charity Trustees
- Examine the 6 principles of the Charities Governance Code i.e.
- Complete, for each principle, in draft, the Charities Governance Code Compliance Record Form to meet 2020 timelines for compliance
