Orla Leydon is an experienced trainer, mentor and business manager with more than 25 years experience having worked in challenging training & senior management positions both at home and internationally. Orla is a qualified NLP practitioner and Coach with a Degree in Management (Hotel & Catering sector)and a Level 5 National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) in Operational Management (equivalent to Degree Level) and also holds a selection of units in Level 3 NVQ in Training and Development (equivalent to Diploma level) including NVQ Assessor and Internal Verifier Awards.
She is also a qualified Mediators’ Institute of Ireland [MII] Mediator.
Additionally, Orla also holds a Diploma in Employment Law and a Certificate in Charity Law, Trusteeship & Practice from The Law Society of Ireland and also a Certificate in Public Procurement from Public Affairs Ireland.
Fiona Egan, a qualified accountant, with over 20 years experience in Accountancy and Business Administration, brings a wide range of experience to clients business applications. She provides a comprehensive service in terms of advice, guidance, and support on procedures in areas including book keeping , management accounting, payroll and office computer applications. Fiona has developed a range of finance training models specifically designed for the smaller business. This quality training and support service is directed to Commercial and State organisations involved in individual and business development. Fiona holds an Honours Certificate in Training & Continuing Education from NUI Maynooth and is a registered TAS Accredited Trainer
